- Jan. 2014 Our project on circuit design and reliability for switching nano arrays received a grant from the TÜBİTAK Career Program (3501). For open positions in this project click here.
- Jan. 2014 Our project on logic synthesis for switching nano arrays is supported by the TÜBİTAK Undergraduate Students Research Projects Support Program (2209/A).
- Oct. 2013 Our project on reliability of appliance electronic cards received a grant from the TÜBİTAK University-Industry Collaboration Grant Program (1505). The project is cooperated with Arçelik A.Ş..
- Oct. 2013 Our project on gate oxide breakdown failure mechanism of CMOS transistors is supported by the TÜBİTAK Industry Oriented Senior Project Support Program (2241/A).
- Sept. 2013 We presented our work "Computation with Regular Arrays of Nano Switches" in ICCMNM 2013.
- May 2013 We offer a new graduate course: Computational Nanoelectronics.
- Jan. 2013 We have weekly group meetings with catchy presentations; you are welcome to join!
- Jan. 2013 Our group is growing fast; now we have two sub-groups studying on the areas of computational nanoelectronics and electronics reliability.
